Comment gérer les représentations d'entités professionnelles

Step 1

Sign in to Leneda. On the menu bar, choose “Access” and click on “My representations.”

On this page, you can choose to add a new representation or view your active representations. To add a new representation, click on the “New Representation” button.

To add a new representation, enter the person’s full name, their Energy ID, and their corporate email address. Ensure the name is entered exactly as it is registered in the Leneda system.

If the combination of the previously entered information is correct, you can assign the person the following roles:

  • Agent: Can access the company’s / organization’s energy data
  • User Manager: Can transfer rights to other employees
  • Commercial Representative: Can sign energy contracts and access the company’s / organization’s energy data
  • Legal Representative: Has all rights

Click “Assign” to complete the process. The person you are granting access to will be informed by mail.

Step 5

You will now see the newly added representations in the list of active representations. By clicking on “Details,” you can modify the corporate email address or the roles, or remove the representation.
