Comment créer un compte Leneda?
Onboarding of a physical person
Every adult person can create his account in Leneda. During the onboarding the identity of the customer is verified and some communication channels (email address, phone number, …) are requested to contact the customer in case of need.
Currently Leneda is supporting two mechanisms to validate the identity:
- Using Luxtrust mobile (How to onboard yourself with LuxTrust)
- Using IdNow with a verification of an identity card or passport (How to onboard yourself with ID Now)
At the end of each onboarding process, Leneda will generate a unique Energy ID that will be used in the future market processes like requesting a new energy contract, requesting a new house connection, …
After the onboarding the end user can log in (How to login with LuxTrust or How to login with Energy ID) to Leneda and benefit from the different services that are available inside the platform.
Onboarding of a company / organization / ownership association
Once registered and logged in to Leneda, the end user can as well onboard a company / organization (How to onboard a company). During the onboarding process the end user needs to provide some legal documents to proof the existance of the company / organization. These documents need to include as well the representation rights of the company / organization. It is important to note that only legal representatives are allowed to onboard a company / organization. Any other submission will be rejected.
In some cases a company is not directly represented by a physical person but by another company. In such a case the company represented by a physical person needs to be onboarded first. The legal representative needs to log in with the context of this company and only then the depending company can be onboarded.
