The Leneda Notification Center is a new feature that centralizes important notifications directly within the Leneda application. It adds a layer of information on top of the existing experience.
🔔 1st use case: Reference power notifications
Customers are notified whenever changes occur to the reference power of their metering point. These notifications clearly indicate what has changed and provide additional details when needed.
📬 Notifications via your preferred channel
In addition to in-app notifications, customers are also informed via their primary communication channel configured in Leneda about any new notification. These notification messages contain less detail and serve as a prompt to check the Notification Center, where the full information is available.
Looking ahead
The Notification Center is designed to evolve over time and will soon offer additional features and types of notifications.
